Our Wine

Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc is  snappy, zesty, vibrant and  full of aromatic personality.  Her herbaceous qualities give way to flavors of melon, pear, and citrus.  The high acidity and crisp, clean taste makes it a great wine to pair with appetizers.

Traminette

This 100% estate grown Traminette has the wine characteristics of its better-known parent, Gewürztraminer.  The floral nose combines perfectly with the exotic flavors of mango, lemon peel, pineapple and grapefruit. Crisp acidity and a hint of sweetness create the perfect framework for this crowd pleaser, finishing delightfully on the back of the palate.

Edelweiss

A domestic Gewürztraminer with highly perfumed aromas of rose petal, wisteria, and spices.  Bold and full-bodied, yet finely balanced and revitalizing.

Sweet Molly

Sweet Molly is the “Southern Belle” version of our Traminette. Floral and fruit-forward this wine is “Bless Her Heart” sweet.  Perfect for a summer picnic or just about anywhere on a delightful southern day.

Merlot

Our 100% estate grown Merlot is a luscious wine with flavors of vanilla and spice together with moderate oak tannins. Aged in Hungarian oak, the red wine is robust, full-bodied, and carries a smooth, lingering finish.

Zinfandel

This “Old Vine” Zinfandel offers a great depth, a velvety texture, a range of red and black fruit flavors, and exotic spice. Its bright, fruity notes give way to a hint of pepper and a long, fragrant finish.

Trillium

Trillium  is a “Bordeaux” blend of our Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (20%), and Chambourcin (10%) grapes.  This 100% estate grown wine offers balanced tannins, nice fruit and acidity on the palate. Lingering flavors of black cherry, blackcurrant and anise lead to a long, smooth finish.

Doxology

This wine is a blend of Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Malbec, Syrah, Merlot, Chambourcin, and Mourvèdre that together create a wine with complex structure, ripe tannins, fresh red and dark berry flavors. Aromas and flavors of plums, red currants, anise, blackberries, and earth are enhanced with soft, but sturdy tannins.

Hummingbird

A 100% estate grown Chambourcin with a touch of Merlot, this decadent wine offers red and black berry flavors.  Aged in Hungarian oak, it carries a spicy note that is balanced by a slightly sweet and fruity finish.

Coco Wein

This full bodied dessert style wine exhibits a smooth nose and a hint of coco and cherry on the palate. An elegant delicacy to the senses, starting like dark chocolate and finishing like a red wine.  Displays elements of a quality German Black Forest Cake.
